Easy Access Escapes provides a travel support and advisory service for individuals requiring accessible holidays.
We specialise in assisting clients with additional needs, including those with mobility issues, disabilities, or requiring extra support when travelling.
⚠️ Important:
We are not a travel agent, tour operator, or holiday provider.
We do not sell, supply, or package holidays.
2. Our Services
We offer support services including:
- Guidance on accessible holiday options
- Assistance with planning travel arrangements
- Contacting third-party providers on your behalf (e.g. hotels, transport, airport assistance)
- Coordinating door-to-door support where requested
Service Packages:
Standard Support – £49
- Assistance with planning your trip
- Contacting relevant services for accessibility needs
- Guidance on transport and accommodation
VIP Support – £95
- Full coordination service
- Contacting and arranging services on your behalf
- Liaising with providers to ensure accessibility requirements are communicated
- End-to-end support guidance for outbound and return journeys
3. No Booking or Payment Responsibility
Easy Access Escapes:
- Does not make bookings in our own name
- Does not take payment for flights, hotels, or transport
- Does not act as an intermediary for payments
All bookings and payments are made directly by the client with the relevant third-party providers.
4. Third-Party Services
We may assist in contacting:
- Airlines
- Hotels
- Taxi or transfer services
- Airport assistance providers
⚠️ However:
- We do not control these providers
- We do not guarantee their services
- We are not responsible for their performance, errors, or failures
Any agreement made is between you and the provider directly.
5. Disclaimer of Liability
By using our services, you agree that:
- Easy Access Escapes is not liable for any loss, injury, delay, cancellation, or inconvenience caused by third-party providers
- We are not responsible for incorrect information provided by third parties
- We are not responsible for accessibility features not meeting expectations
We will always use reasonable care and effort to communicate your requirements clearly.
6. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:
- Checking all booking details before confirming
- Ensuring all travel documents are valid
- Confirming accessibility arrangements directly with providers where necessary
- Making all payments directly to providers
7. Accessibility Information
We aim to ensure that all accessibility requirements are clearly communicated.
However:
- Accessibility standards may vary between providers and countries
- We cannot guarantee that all facilities will meet individual expectations
8. Eligibility
Our services are intended for individuals requiring accessibility support, including those who may hold:
- Blue Badge
- PIP (Personal Independence Payment)
- Access Card
We may request proof where appropriate.
9. Fees & Payments
- All service fees (£49 / £95) are for our support service only
- Fees are payable prior to work commencing
- Fees are non-refundable once services have begun, unless otherwise agreed
10. Communication with Third Parties
By using our service, you give permission for Easy Access Escapes to:
- Contact third-party providers on your behalf
- Share relevant information regarding your accessibility needs
